Developed managerial strategies that
- helped found and guide the growth of the Association of Financial Guaranty Insurers (AFGI), a trade association representing the financial guaranty industry;
- contributed to a 60 percent growth in the membership of the Industry Education Council to NCOIL (IEC) while significantly enhancing the visibility and credibility of the IEC by formalizing and expanding dialogue opportunities for IEC members and legislators;
- served as the catalyst for growth of the National Conference of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL) as a major player in important public policy discussions and decisions affecting insurance; and
- helped found and guide the initial growth of the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States (NCLGS) an organization of state legislators that has contributed substantially to public policy dialogues on issues involving Internet wagering, Native American gaming, state lotteries and pari-mutuel racing.
The company has also
- planned and conducted successful conferences and other types of meetings and events, including a London conference for institutional investors and others on behalf of AFGI;
- facilitated the financial guaranty insurance industry’s response to a variety of calls for financial and other data; and
- managed and raised funds for foundations supporting the work of NCOIL and NCLGS.

Lobbied successfully for
- enactment of financial guaranty insurance laws in New York, California and Connecticut, which were the nation’s first risk-based capital laws, and which established financial guaranty as a separate insurance line;
- amendment of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Financial Guaranty Insurance Model Act to comport with twenty years of changes in New York and California law;
- amendment of New York law, expanding investment authority of financial guaranty insurers;
- amendment of New York law, expanding on the permissible investments of title insurers;
- amendment of New York law, changing the unearned premium reserve requirement of title insurers; and
- adoption by the National Conference of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL) of a resolution to alert state lawmakers to initiatives that would repeal the confidentiality provisions of state risk-based capital laws as they apply to medical malpractice liability insurers.

- Rising Waters, Mounting Challenge — Flood Prevention, Protection and Assistance, a report on the National Flood Insurance Program, published under the auspices of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and NCOIL;
- the first 19 annual editions of the Insurance Legislative Fact Book and Almanac, published for NCOIL;
- two annual volumes on insurance legislation, published by Commerce Clearing House;
- a major work on insurance investment law, published by NILS Publishing Company; and
- several studies for the National Conference of Insurance Legislators including:
